• Usability and Accessability
  
  In general, users and technology companies have accepted that if a product is easier to use it will sell more and require less maintanence.  There was a time when this was discussed frequrently but not anymore.
  
  ITI offers services to test the ease of usability of applications and/or websites to verify that they can be used by a large numbre of possible users in many different situations, including those with disabilities.
  
  
  • Assessment of Accessibility
    An assessment determines whether a site meets existing accessibility standards like "Content Accessibility Guidelines on the Web" (CAGM).  This service includes an evaluation method that combines automatic, semi-automatic, and manual accessibility testing to a website.
  • Usability Hueristics Evaluation
    The usability evaluation of software products or websites is based on the experience, knowledge and opinions of the usability experts at ITI.  With control checklists, an inspection is performed on regulations, standards, and practices widely accepted to identify major usability problems.
  • Usability Testing
    The objective of usability testing is to observe, in a controlled environment, the behavior and ease with which real users use, navigate, understand, and learn the applications or webpage.  After all, real users are who determine if the application or website is easy to use.  The test allows to identify probelms with the usability and accessibility of a application or webpage as well as help to find solutions for those problems.  With the test, the usability of a product will increase significantly and with it the satisfaction of its users.
