This research line deals with the study of distributed and reliable systems. The main areas of interest are:

• High availability and reliability: Solutions of high availability for distributed systems, based on replication.
• Embedded systems: Software development for embedded systems. The experience ranges from operating systems to embedded systems and sensor networks to integrated domotic solutions.
• Mobile devices: Content management for mobile devices, reliable support of wireless ad-hoc networks and cross-layer architectures for wireless ad-hoc networks.
