Institute of Computer Technology was established as a non-profit organization whose ultimate goal is to conduct activities that contribute to the advancement of knowledge in IT and related fields by promoting the application of information technology in all areas of society.

Purpose / Action

Conduct, support, and promote research in the field of computing.
Participate in the development of Spanish research in general and in particular Valencia.
Support and enrich research activities by providing access to research opportunities in order to train future scientists and technologists.
Strengthen relations with other research centres in Spain and abroad to exchange experiences in science and technology.
Complementing the activities in R&D for its associate members.
Support, promote, and develop technology in key industrial areas.
Conduct outreach and training on technical aspects and management of software.
Conduct promotional activities for the dissemination of Spanish research and technology.
