Internal organization
ITI has a team of more than 150 people, backed by extensive experience in conducting research projects, national and international, in collaboration with other companies and institutions.
The Institute of Computer Technology is divided into three main areas:
- The R&D&i Unit: includes the different technical areas. The Technology and Services department, and the Research & Development & Innovation department belong to this unit.
- The Technology Transfer Unit: includes the Marketing and Communication department and the Business and Technology Management section, who are responsible for raising awareness and providing access to research and technology development. This unit also promotes the early adoption of the latest trends and encourages interest in the area of ICT.
- The Management Unit, composed by the Human Resources department and the Administration department, it is a key gear in the operation of this machine.

Infrastructure
ITI is based in the Polytechnic City of Innovation, the science park located on the campus of the Polytechnic University of Valencia.
It has an area of 1600 m2, with facilities that include prototype laboratories, hardware laboratories, usability and software testing areas, and training rooms; where regular training classes are conducted on technical and management aspects of ICT. There are also halls where workshops are organised to promote the diffusion of new technologies in the socio-economic environment.
